Next weekend, Fr. Kane will be on a Retreat for Cursillistas at Holy Trinity. Replacing him for the weekend will be FR. TIMOTHY O’TOOLE, for all Masses, English and Spanish.

A LISTSERV is a means to communicate rapidly with parishioners through e-mails. The parish has a LIST, stmarys-parishioners, which, at present, has around 40 people subscribed. This is used to advise parishioners of the death of someone, to remind parishioners of certain events, etc. If you want to be on this list, please send your e-mail address to Beth Nicol at beth DOT nicol AT gmail DOT com. Or you can use the “Contact Us” form on the “About” page on this site. This is a great means for facilitating communication fro the Parish to the parishioners.

Another way to keep up with the announcements and stories from the website is to subscribe by email. On the top right-hand side of the webpage there is a box “Enews and Updates.” Enter your email address and click “go.” When the website is updated, you’ll get an email. This is different from the Listserv, but, we promise that you won’t be spammed by either one!

Prayer Ministry Meeting March 17

The PRAYER MINISTRY of our parish will meet this Tuesday evening (3-17-2009), at 7:00 p.m. in the Church. If anyone is interested in joining this group, please come to this meeting.

2009 Spring Parish Cleanup

Bill Baggett and the Men’s Club will be coordinating this spring’s Parish Clean-up. So, bring your tools, your smiles and your willingness to serve on March 28.

Rebuilding Together

“Rebuilding-Together” fixes up houses of many people who cannot afford to do so on their own. St. Mary’s will participate once again this year. To help raise funds, there will be a “Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night” on Tuesday, March 17th, from 5 – 8 pm in the Colonial Mall. Simply sing your receipt and turn it into the Rebuilding-Together table and 20% will go to this year’s activities.
