Thank you, Dr. Druhan

Our sincere thanks to Dr. David Druhan for his generous donation to our parish of the proceeds from the sale of his book, last weekend, Davey Wave.

Those of us who missed out on the book signing, because he sold out before we got there, do hope he will offer to sign copies for us at a later date!

May God continue to bless him as he continues to serve our community.

 

Palm Sunday

April 17th is Palm Sunday. Palms will be blessed and distributed at all Masses. However, we will have only one procession and that will be at the 11:15 a.m. Mass. For the procession, besides palms, we hope to have helium filled balloons for the children.

50 Years: Sister Terry Bretthauer, M.S.B.T.

Sister Terry is known to many of us for her support and cooperation with our parish Catechetical Program. This year, she celebrates 50 years — Golden Jubilee — as a Missionary Servant of the Blessed Trinity. Next Saturday, April 16, 2011,  there will be a Mass and celebration in her honor at St. Bede Church, Montgomery, at 10:00 a.m. If anyone is interested in attending, please let Fr. Kane know.
