MARIE HUDSON and the LADIES SODALITY for their generosity of time and talent in putting together various receptions these past few weeks for the benefit of our parish. These receptions have been elegant, to say the least, and they just don’t happen. They are planned, organized, arranged and, lo and behold, are there waiting for us in the Parish Hall. We sincerely THANK Marie and her team for a job very well done.
June Holy Hour

This Thursday, we will have our monthly Holy Hour beginning at 6:00 p.m. with the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart. Our intentions are many: those whose lives have been changed because of natural disasters, men & women of all countries who are engaged in war, people who suffer from a lack of material goods, respect for life from conception to natural death, etc. I’m sure everyone of us can add to this list. If you think that your intention is important and in need of prayer, bring it with you on Thursday evening and let’s pray together for it!
Este jueves, a las 6:00 p.m., celebraremos nuestra Hora Santa mensual. Traigan sus intenciones para poder rezar por ellas en comunidad.
The Sacrament of Confirmation/Sacramento de Confirmacion

Next Saturday, May 14, 2011, Archbishop Rodi will be here to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation at 10:00 a.m.. Those to be confirmed are:
Gricelda Bran, Matthew Christian, Jason Clark, Michael Fetsch, Alex Lopez, Rosie Mendoza, Patrick Murphy, Lourdes Perez, Yesenia Perez, Emily Scroggins & Samuel “Trip” Taylor
On Sunday, May 15th, during the Mass in Spanish, Julio Lux & Moisés Gonzalez, will also celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation. Moisés will also make his First Communion.
May God continue to bless these young people and their families as they bring His blessings to our parish.
El Señor Arzobispo, Tomás Rodi, estará con nosotros este sábaado para celebfrar el Sacramento de Confirmación a las 10:00 a.m. El día siguiente, el 15 de mayo, durante la misa en español, Julio Lux y Moisés Gonzalez celebrará el Sacramento de Confirmación. También, Moisés celebrará su Primera Comunión.
Felicidades to todos y que el Señor siga derramando sus bendiciones sobre ellos y sus familias.
